1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and ki88 ("ki88," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ki88 online casino platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, games, features, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Eligibility

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) ki88 account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed, on the ki88 Platform or under any PAGCOR-administered exclusion program.
• Not a ki88 Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

ki88 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements. Any winnings generated by ineligible accounts may be voided and forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the ki88 Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC). ki88 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You agree to provide any documents requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation where required. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ki88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify ki88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ki88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the ki88 Platform at the time of the transaction. These amounts may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. ki88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. ki88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.4 Prohibited Funding Sources. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ki88 does not accept deposits made via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. ki88 is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Transactions that appear to involve proceeds of unlawful activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ki88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all ki88 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ki88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to ki88 immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ki88 staff or other players.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or account restriction measures.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ki88 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface designs, is the exclusive property of ki88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ki88.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ki88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

ki88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ki88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ki88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. ki88 does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities.

9. Responsible Gaming

ki88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).

10. Termination and Account Closure

10.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your ki88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (subject to completion of pending wagering requirements and KYC verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10.2 Termination by ki88. ki88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) ki88 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) ki88 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account; or (d) ki88 ceases to operate the Platform in the Philippines.

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, ki88 reserves the right to void and forfeit any bonus balances, promotional winnings, and, where permitted by law, any other balances associated with the account. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree that the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ki88 Platform.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact ki88's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. ki88 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

ki88 operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Certain disputes relating to game fairness or regulatory compliance may be referred to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with applicable regulations.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ki88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ki88 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
